PuroClean Disaster Mitigation

These guys were very professional. My wife and I just purchased a home and were unaware of a broken sewer pipe in the basement. Puro clean cut out and discarded the mold ridden drywall and thoroughly explained the steps needed to be taken to restore the room. Water had gotten beneath the vinyl floor and I was encouraged to replace the entire basement floor when only one room was affected by the water damage. We had gone back and forth for a bit and I did feel they were too pushy regarding this topic. Attempting to perform a much larger job than what was required for he remediation. I understood the logic, but I felt they didn’t have my best interests in mind. The entire topic was dropped once we found out insurance wouldn’t cover the damage. Aside from this the work that had been performed was great and the team was very efficient, polite, and professional.

PureClean is truly a trusted Professional company. I had mold developed in our home , the owner came with his Employie she inspected it , he provided immediate recommendation for the family safety , he contacted the insurance company and immediately started the work I believe this company cares. I believe this company wants to do the correct thing and the right thing for its customers. In addition for the repair aspect of the project, the company brought me general contractors that were extremely professional. They did a wonderful job in my basement and basically it was done in a very fast paced. I am a business owner and also what I have viewed out of pure clean is the number one thing they care truly they care About the customers, safety health and getting back the condition of the home as it was and better. Without any reservation, I would recommend them to my mother, my brother, my sister besides my friends believe me I tell you this company is the best I’ve ever had to use because of one thing they truly care that’s the difference

I came home to a broken water line and it was a disaster. I called my insurance company American Family. They recommended Pure Clean. I called Pure Clean and they were at my house within an hour. They had 12 fans and 4 dehumidifiers with them. They proceeded cleaning the area up. It was on Friday, They came back on Monday and did the demo work on the damaged area. They were done in 2-3 days. No mess left behind. I would recommend to anyone to use this company. Very Professional. Very thorough. Rosh the Supervisor was awesome as was Jose one of the demo Guys. But all in all the whole crew was great. They are a amazing company!!! Rob Lyons Sr

I enjoyed the class. All the interactions and different views made for interesting discussions. The instructor was perfect for this forum. PuroClean could not have been more welcoming or accomodating. I will definitely recommend their cleaning service.

Puroclean located at 12540 S. Holiday Dr. Alsip, IL, team provided TERRIBLE results. The work was intentionally delayed by this company. Date of loss was March 21, 23 and finally completed by this contractor November 2023. This company is representative of Poor communication, very poor workmanship, and intentional extended delays. Much of my personal time and money were lost because of this contractor. There was so much additional damage in the process of this contractor and his team working on the restoration. This is not a contractor I would consider for changing a lightbulb. They were paid a little of $44,000 and yet the workmanship is terrible from uneven drywall to cracked granite counter tops. Terrible experience.
